Listing a tool is free. By submitting one you confirm you may represent it and that the information you provide can be checked against official sources. Editors may request corrections, reject a dossier, publish it, or suspend it if the conditions it was published under no longer hold.
Paid visibility, once available, is an identified and time-limited placement that buys no editorial outcome. It can be refused, and it is separable from the free listing.
